Nightrider is a nighttime cycle ride spanning across 50km or 100km. While not suited to beginners if you plan and train accordingly you can take up this incredible challenge.

For the 50km route you can plan for 3-4 hours of riding, and for the 100km route you can plan for 6-8 hours. This accounts for break stops where snacks and water is provided. You must be able to complete the total distance in 10 hours.

Training advice will be given but it is your responsibility to ensure you are of sound fitness to take part. If you have any health concerns or conditions please consult your doctor or treating specialist before taking part.
