Becoming a Charity Partner

To be a part of the Nightrider fundraising success story, you'll need to purchase places in the event.

You'll then become a Charity Partner, and will enjoy all the support you can expect from an experienced charity challenge operator. 

We have put together three tiers of packages to suit charities of all sizes. Chose the package which suits you and purchase your places online. You can always purchase additional places later on, subject to availability. 


  • Purchase a minimum of 5 places per city

  • Places £60 each. 

  • Open to all charities



  • Listing on Nightrider website (alphabetical)

  • Free places for celebrity supporters

  • Marketing Guide including text, images and video, an example press release, draft tweets and Facebook posts and more

  • Invitation to Free Launch & Marketing Session

  • Use of professional photos from previous Nightrider events

  • Access to online report detailing your participants

  • Space on the night to meet your supporters


  • Purchase 50 places across all events

  • Places £60 each = £3000

  • Limited to five charities

  • Places to be allocated in one city or across all four, your choice. 


Additional Benefits:

  • Listed on Peloton Partner page on Nightrider website 

  • Higher up listing on Charity Partner page on website

  • Listed as a charity on Own Place registration form

  • One free place to be used by staff or as a competition

  • Plus all Team Partner benefits


  • Purchase 100 places across all events

  • Discounted Places at £55 each = £5,500

  • Limited to four charities 

  • Places to be allocated in one city or across all four, your choice. 

Additional Benefits:

  • Five social media posts between October - July

  • Listed as Tour Partner on the Nightrider website

  • Name and logo on all promotional material, adverts, flyers for the specific city event

  • Listed in top section of Charity Partner page on website

  • Article in Classic Challenge e-shot 

  • Listed as a charity on Own Place registration form

  • Larger space on the night for charity space

  • One free place to be used by staff or as a competition prize

  • Places are fully flexible can be moved between cities. 

  • Plus all Team Partner benefits.

How to buy your places

Buy your Charity Places using the online purchase system here.  There is a short form to complete so that we have your details and you'll need to select the number of places and in which city you'd like them.

You can pay by invoice or credit card.  If you'd like to pay by invoice, please enter the code INVOICE in the coupon code box at checkout.  We'll then email you an invoice for payment.

What happens next?

Once we receive your registration for Charity Places through we will set you up online and arrange your bespoke Nightrider registration links. We'll also send you marketing materials, including images, videos and text you can use on your website and in your promotion of the event. We'll keep you updated with all the news from Nightrider HQ and we'll support your participants with everything they need pre-event and on the night.
